At The Highlander, we want to know and understand our audience. We want to create a platform that reflects your interests. So we headed out to hear first-hand what our student body had to say. We asked people what they wanted to read about. It was remarkable to hear the vastly different answers, stretching from sports scores to updates on the Pingree Pond ecosystem. The ideas didn’t stop at Pingree-related topics though. Many students had interests in global topics such as COVID-19 or world technology updates. The upshot is that people are super excited about the paper and the endless possibilities for stories. So stay tuned because we will keep writing and publishing.
